Help our members prepare to renew their Medicaid healthcare coverage and benefits by educating them on what documents are needed to ensure their renewal form is completed accurately. Members can submit their renewal form via web (preferred), phone, fax, mail, or in person.

The Availity Portal offers health care professionals free access to real-time information and instant responses in a consistent format, regardless of the payer. Providers and staff can learn more about Anthem’s Interactive Care Reviewer (ICR) tool through Availity on the Interactive Care Reviewer overview page on anthem.com. This page includes a library of on-demand videos for additional support and answers to common questions about Availity and ICR.
Find learning opportunities to assist with administering your patient’s health plan using Availity Essentials multi-payer features and payer spaces applications. Use the library of self-paced courses and instructor-led training sessions, available 24/7 at no cost. Be prepared with the knowledge to assist our members.

We offer a proactive case management program for expectant mothers and their newborns. The Taking Care of Baby and Me® program provides one-on-one case management support, educational materials, and care coordination for women at the highest risk.
We work collaboratively with hospitals, group practices, independent behavioral health care providers, community, government agencies, human service districts and other resources. This enables UniCare to meet the needs of members with mental health and substance use disorders as well as those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
